After toiling for hours to get the booth set-up, and hundreds of lost dollars in bribe money to try and get a spot next to the Todd McFarlane booth, it was all a question of getting people to come to the table. Our pals Xerexes (left) and BoxJam (right) felt the best way to do that was to have an individualist conversation amongst themselves, hoping the Chopping Block masks would be enough to attract attention. Either that or the lure of the cellphone resting unattended on the table, waiting to be swiped. Hey, a gimmick's a gimmick.

Rudy took the group straight to the convention area, which actually turned out to be in the gymnasium of Trapper Creek Lower East Side Elementary School. Bob, resolutely enough, was rather shocked to see in which conditions they were expected to find home in. Adam tried to get Case to "touch his skull," which somehow just creeped Case out. Nevertheless, the gang was ready to welcome and entertain the fans waiting impatiently for the doors to the convention to open, lining the unpaved parking lot. All eighteen of them.
