Alternative Brand Studios (AltBrand, for short) is a group of seven online cartoonists joined together for the purpose of promoting one another's work, doing the occasional side projects (such as this telethon!), and helping to increase the public awareness of webcomics in general.

This is the second year in a row AltBrand has organized and hosted this Labor Day Webcomic Telethon to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and we're grateful to the artists who have donated their time and talent to participate. We'd also like to thank you, the reader, for stopping by to let us entertain you, and for pausing to consider the worthy cause of working to find a cure for the debilitating group of diseases known collectively as muscular dystrophy.
